a) Cancellation before arrival : If you decide to cancel less than 96 hours before arrival, your 30% deposit is kept by the owner.
b) If the customer does not arrive before 8 pm at the beginning of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of its guest rooms. The deposit is kept by the owner who reserves the right to claim the full price of the accommodation.
c) In case of shortened stay, the total price of the accommodation is due. The additional services not consumed will be refunded.
The customer must arrive between 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm. In case of late arrival, the customers must notify the owner.

the local taxe is included in the price of the stay, the owner must pay this taxes to the tax treasury.
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the place and leave the rooms in good condition.
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers.
This refusal may in no circumstances be considered a modification or a breach of contract on the part of the owner, so that in case of departure of the other members of the group, no refund is possible.
